Vanguard & Stone Estates respects the privacy of every client, prospective client and visitor to this website. This notice explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how it is held.

What we collect

When you request a private viewing we collect your name, email address, telephone number (if provided), the residence you are interested in, your preferred viewing date and any note you choose to send. We also record the time of the request and a network address for security purposes.

How we use it

Your details are used solely to respond to your enquiry and to arrange a viewing. We do not sell, rent or share client data with third parties for marketing. We do not operate mailing lists.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are retained for up to twenty-four months, after which they are deleted unless a transaction or legal obligation requires otherwise.

Your rights

You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Write to private@vanguardandstone.com.
