Residence descriptions, dimensions, prices and photography are provided in good faith and for private introductory purposes. They do not constitute an offer, a contract or a warranty. Measurements are approximate and should be verified by your own advisers.

Private introductions

Access to a residence, its drawings and its archive is granted by appointment and may require a confidentiality undertaking. Vanguard & Stone acts as representative of the seller unless otherwise stated.

All editorial text, plans and photography on this site are protected by copyright. They may not be reproduced without written permission. Photography is licensed under the Unsplash License and colour-graded for this presentation.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction.
