The residence
A study in place and material.
Four hundred and twenty feet above the Arabian Gulf, this is the uppermost residence of a private crescent building on the Palm’s western frond. The lift opens directly into a gallery hung with a single commissioned work; beyond it, 270 degrees of low-iron glass frame the marina, the Burj Al Arab and the open sea.
Four suites, a 22-metre sky terrace and a climate-controlled cellar are arranged around a central salon. The kitchen is by Boffi; the baths are book-matched travertine. A separate service entrance and staff quarters allow the house to be run without being seen.
Completed in 2024 by Hadi & Co., the residence is offered with its furniture, art advisory and a berth at the Marina. It has never been publicly listed.
